Well, we did it. The production phase of "Have Your Cake" is complete. We had two great days of shooting, everything went smoothly, we finished ahead of schedule both days, and everyone seemed to have a good time. The only hitch came from the rented helium tank, which turned out to be empty, but lucky for us we were in an actual balloon store whose generous owner let us use his helium. I don't think we could have had a better group of people working on this project. Everyone was prepared, efficient, and fun to have around. Thanks so much!
The next step will be logging and capturing the footage so that we can begin editing and adding sound effects and music. Laura has already recorded a demo of the key song, and is building on that as well as creating some instrumental stuff that plays on the same theme. Check back here for more updates!
